- The contract workers need to provide a warranty of work as per the rules of RapidClap.
- The contract worker needs to report at right time for the given tasks by RapidClap in case there is any change in reporting or payment amount, they must notify about such change.
- The contract workers need to fill the certificate of customer’s satisfaction.
- The behavior and work of employees and officers should be polite and decided.
- Payment made on the same day will only be received by the designated RapidClap’s nominee.
- RapidClap will need the bill as per the minimum tariff which is set by the company; proper action will also be taken on receiving complaints about demanding unfair money or damaging the product while providing the service. The company has the right to cancel the contract in such cases.
- If the contracted worker is intoxicated or if he behaves viciously with our customer, RapidClap reserves the right to cancel the contract and take appropriate action against such worker.
- If the contract worker will leave the work in the middle after beginning the work, then the worker will need to pay for work in such a situation. RapidClap does not stand accountable for such loss.
